At Vinyes Domènech, we seek to express our landscape, microclimate and individual vineyard plots in our finished wines. Listening and interpreting nature is how we learn. We strive to make honest wines that express the spirit of our environment.
In order to obtain maximum expression of our “terroir”, we ferment the grapes from each plot separately, according to ripeness and resulting in small batches of wine.
Our wines, Teixar and Furvus are always fermented using wild yeasts from our own vineyards.
