Vineyard altitude, local winds and day-night temperature changes, all lead to a slow plant vegetative cycle, guaranteeing an ideal Grenache (Garnatxa in Catalan) ripening process and mature, elegant tannins.
Our low vineyard yields, together with green pruning techniques when needed, mean we sort our grapes first of all in the vineyard. This selection process during harvest is carried out according to plot and zone and the grapes are put into 15kg plastic crates.

Grapes are harvested at dawn to avoid high daytime temperatures and they are immediately taken to the winery. The grapes from each plot are processed separately in order to perfectly express each vineyard plot.
