Toni Bru – chef and sommelier at Celler de l’Àspic is a great connoisseur of Montsant and Priorat wines, as well as one of exponents and promoters of  local and ecological products in the kitchen.

We offer you a pairing with seasonal products from the Priorat and the Ebro regions.

Each dish is designed and meant to pair with each one of Grenache wines from Vinyes Domènech, because with this symbiosis, we want you to enjoy aromas, flavours and the essence of our territory as well as of our wines.

  • Duration: 2 ½  – 3 hours (lunch or dinner).
  • Wines included: Bancal del Bosc (red and white), Furvus or Boig per tu. Possibility of adding TeixarVinyes Velles de Samsó or Rita (additional cost).
  • Groups: Min. 6 people.
