Wine pairing with artisan cheeses

The ambition of this tasting is to create a perfect match between Catalan cheeses and our Grenache wines. Through a sensory tasting we will discover organoleptic characteristics of these two fruits of our territory: different varieties of Grenache and artisanal cheeses.

We will have a stroll along the vineyards followed by a tasting of a selection of different types of cheese (cow, sheep, goat) recommended by Marc Aguiló and Ramon Roset, great cheese connoisseurs of our country. All that harmonized with white and red Grenache from Vinyes Domènech.

  • Duration: 2 hours (lunchtime).
  • Wines included: Bancal del Bosc (red and white), Furvus or Boig per tu. Possibility of adding TeixarVinyes Velles de Samsó or Rita (additional cost).
