Wine pairing with Foie Gras
The Foie Gras, like great wines, is a product with extraordinary organoleptic characteristics. For that reason it complements and pairs perfectly with Vinyes Domènech wines, especially with our Grenache.
Collverd and Vinyes Domènech, we have prepared a pairing by thoroughly selecting each product and looking for it’s affinity with each of our Grenache wines: white, red, young, aged and sweet. An entire world of sensations.
Collverd is a pioneer company in Spain dedicated exclusively to the production of duck delicacies and Foie Gras.
Their ducks are raised in a traditional way, with the utmost respect for the animal and with the best diet based on selected cereals.
Their two farms are situated in Aiguamolls de l’Empordà, an area frequently passed by migratory birds, with an ideal climate to breed these animals and to elaborate exceptional products.
