This is our proposal for those who wish to “taste” the territory in its full dimension. We will walk through the estate to understand how the environment, flora, and microbiology determine the character of our wines.
Winery Visit: We will enter the heart of the project to show you how we strive for the purity of the landscape and its ecosystem to express itself in the wines, giving them their own unique and singular voice.
Tradition on the Plate: We will finish with a meal based on typical products and recipes from our land. Pairing traditional culinary wisdom with three of our wines elevates the experience, highlighting the importance of keeping rural, agricultural, and gastronomic memory alive.
