The Garnatxes de Vinyes Domènech were the protagonists of a unique gastronomic experience at the L’Anxova Divina restaurant, located in the exclusive SLS Barcelona hotel. The event offered a sensory journey where the Priorat Garnatx wines were harmonized with a proposal of conscious, proximity and memory cuisine, created by chef Oriol Lage.
The culinary philosophy of L’Anxova Divina is based on respect for local produce and the reinterpretation of Mediterranean tradition. A concept that connects with the values of Vinyes Domènech: sustainability, authenticity and expression of the territory through each glass of wine.
Thanks to the collaboration of chef Joan Gómez, director of the different gastronomic spaces at the SLS Barcelona, and his team, attendees were able to experience an exceptional pairing where each dish highlighted the complexity, elegance and freshness of the different Grenaches from Priorat.
